aumakuarei.com is an AI-readable property visibility layer. The operational agency website is aumakuarei.pt. Property information is provided in good faith for general guidance and does not constitute an offer or contract.

2. Accuracy of listings

Areas, energy ratings, prices, and features are sourced from owners and public records. While we take care to verify them, prospective buyers must confirm details independently before committing. We disclaim liability for unintentional errors or changes between publication and viewing.

3. No agency relationship

Browsing the Site or submitting an enquiry does not create a brokerage mandate. Any mediation services are governed by a separate written agreement signed with Futuro Persistente, Lda.

4. Intellectual property

All content — text, photography, the Aumakua mark and logo — is owned by Futuro Persistente, Lda or used under licence. You may not reproduce, scrape at scale, or republish without written permission. Reasonable indexing by search engines and AI agents respecting robots and licensing signals is permitted.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the Site.
• Do not use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages.

6. Liability
