Machine-readable files

/llms.txt — short index in the llms.txt format.
/llms-full.txt — full content of the featured property in all 11 languages, with facts, features, FAQ and licensing.
/sitemap-index.xml — sitemap index (pages + properties).
/sitemap-pages.xml — static pages, 7 languages, with hreflang alternates.
/sitemap-properties.xml — property pages, 7 languages, with hreflang alternates.
/robots.txt — open to all major AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Applebot-Extended, CCBot, Bytespider, …).
/api/properties — JSON catalogue of featured properties (multilingual).
/api/properties/featured — curated featured listings as a top-level JSON array (?locale=en&limit=12). No need to parse the full list payload — recommended for AI assistants without MCP support (ChatGPT free, Perplexity, You.com).
/api/properties/recent — most recently synced units as a top-level JSON array (?locale=en&limit=12).
/api/properties/{slug} — single property record by slug (add ?locale=pt|en|fr|es|nl|de|it|sv|no|da|ar); lets agents fetch one listing without parsing the full list.
/api/mcp — MCP Streamable HTTP (POST JSON-RPC 2.0) for ChatGPT Plus Connectors, Claude Desktop, Cursor and other MCP-aware clients. Exposes search + fetch (ChatGPT Connectors / Deep Research-compatible) plus four richer tools. GET returns a discovery manifest.

For AI assistants without MCP support

ChatGPT's free-tier browse tool, Perplexity and similar agents cannot make MCP POST JSON-RPC calls. Use these plain GET endpoints instead — they return the same data in JSON:
